Animals at our Adoption Centers
Listing example: Fido - Costa Mesa Location Stop by any time during our opening hours. All animals are adopted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Animals in Foster Care
Listing example: Sparky - Chino Hills Location *BY APPOINTMENT*If you see an animal on our website that is listed as in Foster Care or By Appointment, that means they are not at our adoption center and an appointment must be made to meet them. If this is the case, you'll need to email us with the name of the pet you'd like to meet and when you'd like to come by the adoption center so that we can arrange for the pet to be there at that time. To adopt these pets, it's as simple as showing up to meet them, making a connection, and filling out the necessary paperwork. We encourage you to bring your current pets with you to be sure that they also get along well with your new potential pet. If it all works out, and you make a connection, you can take the pet home with you the same day.
Puppies and Kittens
Puppies and Kittens that have an availability date (aka “available 5/21”) will be available in-store at that location starting on that date as first-come, first-serve. You will need to fill out an application prior to arriving.
/// FAQ ///
Q: Where is the application?
A: The application is in the bio of the pet you are interested in, you will click “apply for adoption.” This is not a “hold” it just speeds up the approval process when you come into the facility to adopt. We do all adoptions on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we do review applications very thoroughly and do reference check for landlord issues.
Q: Can I adopt two puppies from the same litter?
A: No, it is Priceless Pets' policy to only allow adoptions of one puppy per litter per family.
Q: Can I apply for different dogs?
A: Yes, you can apply for multiple dogs, put the names of all pets you are interested in on the application.
Q: What is needed from me to adopt a puppy?
A: There is an on-line application you can find on our website and additional paperwork that needs to be completed in the center before the interested person/persons take home any of the puppies.
Please make sure that you have checked with your landlord to ensure you are able to have animals at your home and bring proof with you on the adoption day. Proof can be your signed contract, email from the landlord, etc. It must be written consent.
Q: What is the donation fee and what is included?
A: The donation for all puppies is listed on the website next to their biography, which includes rabies, microchip, puppy vaccines, deworming, and spay/neuter. If the puppy is 8-9 weeks (as most of our puppies are), a voucher will be given for the rabies and neuter/spay to take place when your puppy is 4 months old. The cost is covered by our organization, and you will sign a contract stating that your adopted puppy will be spayed/neutered by 6 months old.
We have many adorable, loving pets at our adoption centers waiting for their forever homes – perfect for those who would like to skip the potty-training, shoe-chewing, cry-all-night antics of tiny pups. Please take a moment to check out our other available adult dogs.
